Complete House Plans is really just me, Paul Lam. Im an architectural building designer, and I work out of my home in Sydney.

Im a young and passionate, 34 year old building designer with over 11 years of industry experience. I graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture.

Ive been a full-time architectural designer since 1999

I started complete house plans after working for a handful of leading architectural firms and smaller boutique practices in Sydney. I still provide outsourced services to a select few practices and project builders. I have many years of professional practice experience to back up the services I offer here. You have the piece of mind that you are dealing with someone who is qualified, has industry experience and knows his stuff.

I specialise in residential designs

I'm passionate about residential design, thats why I do what I do. I enjoy working with my clients and offer a personalised services catering to their needs. Im very conscious about my client's need for a building design which both meet their living requirements and importantly within their budget.

Ive designed and documented many homes

Over the years, I have designed a large number of homes for clients in Sydney, Victoria and Queenslands. My portfolio of clients is varied and includes people wanting a custom designed home for their site, an extention addition to their existing home, or a dual occupancy design to maximise profits. I also receive plenty of request for garages and minor work which require council approval.

I deliver drawings which are above industry standards

I take the time to ensure that what I produce and deliver is accurate and to the highest quality. Ensuring a professional set of standards and quality work is what keeps my clients refering me to friends and family.
